Our
Research and Development set up is approved by Department of
Science & Technology, Government of India since 1976. The
R&D has substantial number of highly qualified and experienced
staff with number of Doctorate persons in relevant field all
the time. It is well equipped with modern equipments and facilities
which are required for developmental work, testing and evaluation
of raw materials and finished products.
We have won the International RP Industry
Award in the Best Prepreg Category in 1997 for our material
Permaglass High Temperature Resistant Glass Polymide composite
Grade PMIPE-4, suitable for peak temperature upto 450 Degree
Centigrade.
The R&D Department so for has been
able to develop several products which are required for critical
application in Power, Defence, Aerospace, Railways and Automobile
sectors. It has also been able to develop and commercialise
several products which are innovative and or substitute for
several imported items.
